
Rule 12. Witnesses and evidence
In all trials in the Territorial Court the testimony of witnesses shall be given orally, unless otherwise provided by these rules or the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence. The admission of evidence and the competency and privileges of witnesses and parties shall likewise be governed by these rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.--Amended May 28, 1957; Oct. 14, 1994, eff.
