Rule 66. Installment payment of judgment

(a) When a judgment is ordered paid in installments, the clerk shall furnish the judgment defendant with a memorandum of the dates on which and the amounts in which such payments are to be made, with a warning to him that the stay of execution will be vacated upon any default on his part, without just excuse.

(b) Upon a showing by the judgment plaintiff or his agent that the defendant had failed to comply with such order, the judgment plaintiff shall have the right to avail himself of all remedies otherwise available in the Territorial Court for the enforcement of such judgment.--Amended Oct. 14, 1994, eff.
