Appeals from judgments of the Territorial Court to the district court shall be taken in accordance with Rule 76.1, Rules of Practice of the Appellate Division of the District Court, Local Rules of Civil Procedure.--Added Dec. 7, 1976; amended Oct. 14, 1994, eff. Nov. 16, 1994.
