Rule 190. Scope of rules

In probate, guardianship, trust and other fiduciary proceedings, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure apply so far as practicable and to the extent that matters of procedure are not specifically provided for by law or these rules. The rules under this part apply to such proceedings, supplementing the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and are to be construed in harmony therewith.--Added Dec. 17, 1976.
