Rule 205. Disposition of estates without administration

When a person dies, leaving no debts, or such debts as his heirs or legatees chose to assume and pay, the estate may be placed in the possession of the heirs without administration in accordance with the procedure provided by Chapter 13 of Title 15 of the Virgin Islands Code.--Added Dec. 17, 1976.
