Rule 206. Guardians; procedure

The procedure for the appointment of guardians of minors, insane persons, spendthrifts, or other incompetents, and for the filing and settlement of their accounts, shall conform, so far as practicable, to the procedure prescribed in subchapter III of Chapter 51 of Title 15 of the Virgin Islands Code, relating to veterans' guardianships as modified by these rules. Guardians shall give bond as required by law, in an amount fixed by the court, and shall be entitled to such compensation as the court may from time to time allow.--Added Dec. 17, 1976.
