Rule 22. Commencement of action

A civil action is commenced by filing a complaint with the court. The plaintiff shall at the same time furnish the clerk with the summons to be issued, and a copy of such summons and of the complaint for each defendant, and an additional copy for each infant defendant 14 years age and over, and for each incompetent defendant.
