Rule 30. Indorsement of papers

(a) Every pleading or paper filed, except the summons and complaint which shall be numbered by the clerk upon filing, shall bear the docket number, caption of the case and title of the paper. The complaint shall state the names of all the parties to the action, but in other pleadings or papers, it shall be sufficient to state the name of the first party on each side with appropriate indication of other parties.
