Rule 33. Appearance, answer; service

(a) Any appearance, answer, and the filing and service thereof may be made by certified mail, return receipt requested.

(b) If defendant files a written appearance or answer, he shall cause a copy thereof to be served upon the plaintiff or his attorney at or before the time of filing the same.--Amended May 28, 1957; Dec. 31, 1957; Oct. 8, 1958.
