Rule 38. Pre-trial procedure

Pre-trial procedure, as provided by Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, shall not be mandatory in the territorial court, but may be employed in the discretion of the presiding judge, the trial judge or on motion of any party.--Amended May 27, 1965.
