Rule 41. Trials in open court

All trials shall be conducted in open court and so far as convenient in a regular courtroom, in camera or in other public buildings where deemed appropriate, consistent with Rules 3 and 133 of these Rules.--Amended Oct. 14, 1994, eff. Nov. 16, 1994.
