Rule 49. Judgment after trial
Upon determination of an action by a judge, the judge shall sign the judgment which shall take effect, for purposes of appeal, upon entry by the clerk, unless otherwise ordered by the court.--Amended Oct. 14, 1994, eff. Nov. 16, 1994.
