Rule 86. Process in general

At any time after filing of a complaint the court may issue such writs, summonses, subpoenas, warrants, or other process which will assure the presence in court of the parties concerned, the parents, guardians, or custodian of any child cited to appear before the court, or any necessary witness or documentary evidence.
