Rule 106. Judgment

In criminal or quasi-criminal causes the judgment of conviction shall set forth the complaint, plea, the findings, the adjudication and sentence. It shall contain the number of the section and the title of the statute under which the conviction was had and the names of the witnesses sworn. The judgment of conviction shall be signed by the judge and entered by the clerk.

In civil causes the judgment shall set forth for whom the court finds, and the order of the court, based upon its findings.
