
Rule 112. Correction; reduction or recall of sentence
The court may correct an illegal sentence at any time. The court may recall and change or reduce a sentence within 60 days of date of such sentence. In causes where a person has been sentenced by a judge in the juvenile and domestic relations division of the court for failure to meet an order for support, the court may reconsider the sentence at any time upon proper support terms being met or provided for.
Explanatory Notes
Change of name of juvenile and domestic relations division. Act Sept. 24, 1983, No. 4855, ' 1, Sess. L. 1983, p. 138, repealed former Chapter 11 of Title 4 of the Virgin Islands Code, which established the juvenile and domestic relations division, and added a new Chapter 11, relating to the family division.
