Rule 156. Trial of traffic cases

(a) Separate trial. Insofar as practicable, traffic offenses shall be tried separate and apart from other offenses.

(b) Dates, times and places. The court shall designate particular dates, times and places for the trial of traffic offenses.

(c) [Repealed.]

(d) Certain objections to be made before trial only. An objection to the validity or regularity of the complaint or process issued there under must be made by the defendant before trial. --Amended Oct. 14, 1994, eff. Nov. 16, 1994.
