Honorable Jessica Gallivan
Presiding Judge of the Superior Court
The Honorable Rhys S. Hodge, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court advises
the public and the members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association that the Honorable
Jessica Gallivan was sworn in as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin
Islands this morning.
Judge Gallivan was re-nominated to serve a
second 6-year term on March 18, 2025, by
Governor Bryan and confirmed on June 4, 2025, by
the 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands.
