Rule 16. Sealing of record

In any case or proceeding deemed by the Court to be sensitive, the record thereof, including all filings pertaining thereto, shall be sealed, secured and controlled by the Court's Administrator or Clerk, provided, however, that a cross-reference of the case by its case number shall be maintained in the clerk's office for public referral.--Added May 12, 1998.
