
Rule 208. Guardians and trustees; intermediate accounts
At the expiration of one year after the date of his appointment, and annually thereafter during the duration of his trust, each guardian and trustee shall file in the office of the clerk an intermediate account of his transactions for the preceding year, setting forth in detail the information required by section 1162 of Title 15 of the Virgin Islands Code, upon which proceeding shall be had as provided by law.--Added Dec. 17, 1976.
