Paying a Traffic Ticket Prior to Appearing in Court

Traffic tickets can be paid before the court date at the Office of the Cashier located at the Superior Court. By paying a traffic ticket prior to appearing in court, you are admitting that the violation occurred. Therefore, there will no longer be a need for a hearing before a Judge.

Each person found delinquent in the payment of a traffic and lien shall also pay a delinquency fee of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00), pursuant to 4 V.I. Code Ann. § 521(a). To view a sample uniform traffic ticket, click here.
